Working on the document of European University Strategy 2019-2025 took place in 2018.The process aimed at developing a seven-year Strategic Development and three-year Action Plans.

The working process was carried out in accordance with the strategic planning methodology, with the participation of Administrative and Academic personnel, students, alumni and employers of the University. In the process of strategic planning, the following basic principles were ensured: teamwork, participation, transparency, fairness, expediency, social responsibility.

Final drafts of Strategic and Action plans were approved by the Governing Board.
